Delta Hotels By Marriott York

The family Delta Hotels By Marriott York is located in York, approximately a 25-minute walk from the much-hyped Jorvik Viking Centre, and offers a heated pool. Overlooking the garden, the 4-star hotel features a steam room, a hot tub, and a sauna onsite and offers a scenic location near a train station.

Nestled in a historic part of York, this attractive hotel is 1.1 km from Rose Garden. The atmospheric 1960s semi-subterranean York Cold War Bunker is around 10 minutes away by car, while St Edward the Confessor Christian Church is just around the corner from the Delta Hotels. Hills are close to the property, and York Castle Museum is 2.2 km away. The area also gives access to Goddards House and Garden, situated about a 5-minute walk away.

Delta Hotels By Marriott York has 150 rooms appointed with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as self-catering options such as tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a private bathroom. Nice touches include a separate toilet and a shower, along with hair dryers and bath sheets.

The hotel will also help you keep fit with fitness classes at a leisure club available on site. The presence of a tennis court ensures guests an active stay at this accommodation.

The lounge bar is ideal for a relaxing drink. Pak Ho Chop Suey offers a wide range of Chinese dishes and lies a few moments from the Delta Hotels York.

Our stay was a superb experience. Relaxing and clean place, everything was awesome. Stuff was willing to help and took care of requests. The breakfast was free with a croissant and juice, for instance.

We loved the central location and how overall clean the place was kept. Particularly good breakfast, marvellous service. Based in a fabulous area. When it was warm sunny outside we relaxed by its good pool.

Lovely location, the hotel was hip new and clean. Exceptionally comfortable beds, netflix, air conditioning and iron/ironing board were a nice touch. We both enjoyed the food, it was freshly made and had a great selection of options. Had premium drinks in the downstairs bar in the evening.

Comfy beds, GREAT breakfast. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Goddards, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

There is mold in some places.
